Milk Chocolate Icing recipe

Milk Chocolate Icing ingredients list:

4 oz of icing sugar, sieved.
1 ¼ oz of margarine.
2 tablespoons of cocoa.
5 teaspoons of hot milk.

Instructions for Milk Chocolate Icing:

Melt the margarine in a saucepan.

Blend in the cocoa and stir in the icing sugar and milk.

Beat until smooth.

Use as icing.
